Technical Data:
This MicroDucts HDPE 20/16 mm boasts a bend radius of 200 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. It has a storage, installation, and use temperature range of -40 to 60°C and -20 to 50°C respectively. It comes pre-lubricated with Silicore, offering UV stability for up to 2 years. It can withstand a burst pressure of up to 30 bars and has a maximum longitudinal reversion of 3%. The duct weighs 107 kg/km and comes in drums of 1000 m length.

Applications:
The MicroDucts HDPE 20/16 mm is suitable for the installation of fibre bundles in both new and existing duct systems. It can be installed by pulling, blowing, or pushing, and can be used as a standalone duct or in bundles. The product is also fit for use in other Direct Buried (DB) bundles such as FuturePath HDPE and FuturePath Flex. With its anti-static properties and Silicore® lubrication, it ensures smooth and efficient fibre installation.
